Just because he was the first doesn't mean he's a culprit.
Hopefully he gets some kind of settlement from WaPo and is able to pay hills.

(14,040 posts)Which, could be seen as a crime. He helped after the fact to disseminate the stolen property... sounds a lot like a fence to me.
And why would he have grounds to sue WaPo? They just scraped up info he freely provided online... unlike the women whose pictures he posted without thought.
