(23,946 posts)And in your face, Wall Street Journal propagandists.
Even the bought and sold mass media may have to pay attention, though they will try very hard. It to give it a mention even as they gather to cover a dozen tea beggars wandering aimlessly in the desert, or campaigns to gather that never happen. More coverage for nothing than actually covering something.

Could there even be anything more obvious?
There is kindness and intelligence in their eyes, not hatred and ignorance.

(5,178 posts)She had just mentioned the other day how she hoped there would be a mass movement to address climate change. I'm really surprised nobody filled her in on this event or I am sure she'd have been on the front line.

(6,719 posts)Enjoy seeing the pictures of NYC event. We had a nice turn out in San Diego, maybe upwards of 2,000. Not good at the estimates. Lots of energy and color and signs. Fun. Exhilarating.

(1,832 posts)I am pleased that any type of March occurred, I am seriously UNDERWHELMED at the turnout numbers. 23 million people in the Greater New York area and only 400,000 people turned out on a SUNDAY.......Almost 2% of the population................. YMMV but I am underwhelmed, not ecstatic.

I encourage everyone to mark it to come and partake of it for days to come. Many of the links have much much more than the wonderful pictures in view here. If you haven't heard Neil Young's new song, go to http://www.DemocracyNow.org and find the link to hear the acoustic version.

(28,270 posts)Thanks to the bought and paid for news media for ignoring the real concerns of the American people.
Same "coverage" they gave Occupy except when they were calling us commie traitors and cheering on the militarized cop riots.
