The Fifth Circuit Court is now considering cases which deal with marriage equality. So anti-gay writer and professor Robert Oscar Lopez made an amicus brief to the Court. In it, and with no evidence whatsoever, Lopez claimed that former Rutgers student Tyler Clementi, who committed suicide, had been involved in statutory rape. Just go away, Robert, just go away.
