It would be great to have him in the primaries. The more the merrier. LawDeeDah Sep 2014 #6

Will he? Yes.

Is he viable? No.

Sorry, I can't base my vote on which one I'd like to drink a beer with. But he seems like a really nice guy.

Joe whiffed that one.

Remember when President Obama, VP Biden, Professor Gates, and Sergeant Crowley sat down to discuss the awkward incident where Gates was busted for trying to get into his own home? Obama had Bud Light, Gates had Blue Moon, and at least Professor Gates was true to his own area by having a Sam Adams Light. What did Joe have? A Buckler, a non-alchoholic 'beer'.

If if ever saw Joe, I'd say, "Mr. Vice President, you could have had a Dogfish Head!" Being as he was the Senator from Deleware (and not much goes on there that is unnoticed) he would immediately know what I was talking about.

His recent gaffes (Packwood, for example) show that it would be all the media would focus on. He would have a hard time getting his message out because of that.

He ran twice on his own and did not get far in the primaries.

I expect to hear a lot of the Biden gaffer thing to distract from Hillary's enormous and frequent ones.

She usually seems so controlled. I bet she will be tightly scripted from now on.

That exuberance and spontaneity is what we love about Biden, but is all the media covers when he speaks, unfortunately.

Unless Bernie Sanders starts revving up his motor, and joining up with the Democratic Party, officially, that is.
