Meanwhile they have rejected every single proposal that would strengthen the middle class or grow jobs.

I have in the past and always will say... " The true job creators are the working middle class, not the company owners. " Allow me to explain...A company, indeed hires people to work for them, and yes they create jobs, but if the company does not sell its product or service, then the jobs it creates are not long lasting. If the middle class worker, and no I am not discounting the upper and lower classes either, but if the middle class purchase the goods and services by the companies, so in the long run, a healthy middle class will spur job growth, and continue to provide revenue for this country to stay strong. Huge tax cuts are wonderful on paper, but not for running a country. Although, a tax cut can assist the middle class in saving some money, but the majority of families would spend on that new refridgerator, or clothes, etc....
