In your opinion, which is the better way to control an Ebola outbreak in this country?

OK, so it's pretty obvious where I stand.

Maybe give poor people of color living in the city the same level of care white suburbanites are given when they show up in the ER

US public health and sanitation are a wonder of the modern world (I appreciate them that much more here in India).

The cruel irony of ebola and the other hemmoragics is that hospitals can amplify them if they are not sufficiently hygienic. That's the general outbreak pattern in subsaharan Africa. But in contrast, in the US a hospital is the safest place for an ebola patient to be.

There's NO "outbreak". You have to get fluids inside to contract it. Very difficult when you are not a health care worker. Read the
Excellent book "The Hot Zone" Infomation combats fear.
Oh, the same author (can't remember his name) has another book on smallpox and its good too.
It's called "The Demon in the Freezer" chilling (lol couldn't resist)
Chillax. You won't get Ebola.

it is called a non-fiction thriller, but he seems to have a good reputation on his other non-fiction work. He is the source for the information that Ebola dissolves your organs. According to WHO, CDC, etc, what Ebola does is to attack the lining of the blood vessels, causing them to leak, which simultaneously causes a loss of blood supply and a lot of small clots.
