(50,484 posts)whether its Isis, Ebola or the Senate election. He's rude to any of his guests who bring in rational, calm facts. He can be incredibly annoying, irritating when he's in his 'hair on fire' mode which is where he has been recently. I've noticed that when he is in this mode the number of repub guests increase, how coincidental they back him up on his panic, lol.

(84,711 posts)I don't watch him anymore.......since his days during Bush with "Thrill up his leg" and other antics. But, we used to say "Tweety goes the way the Wind is Blowing" each day.
So he became "Tweety Twist in the Wind." I see he hasn't changed although it seems to have been awhile before a DU'er posted one of his "Twisters."
Some times he used to nail it.....but then the rest of the time......well..
Is he still talking about his time with Tip O'Neil? (sometimes he has good history to relate...if one can believe it)

The MSNBC host, who infamously said that one of Barack Obama's campaign speeches sent a "thrill up his leg," reiterated that sentiment Tuesday on MSNBC while watching 2008 campaign footage.
"You know, I get the same thrill up my leg, all over me, every time I hear those words," he said. "I'm sorry, ladies and gentlemen, that's me. He's talking about my country, and nobody does it better."

And she told me years later that she never missed having coffee at all.
