The only reason Grimes dodges questions on whether she voted for Obama, is according to this because

he is extremely unpopular in Kentucky. However, the real reason the President is unpopular I suspect is because of the racist tendencies that have been making a resurgence back into the country, and specifically in states like Kentucky

I don't care how she wins I just want to see her win. We need her in the Senate however it is she gets there
When you have the puke party and the m$m tearing him down since day one doesn't help either. The more they chew on him the more I like him and it should be that way with all of us. Its important that the dems keep the senate and take the house and increase the numbers of state mansions. Its important for the sake of my 7 year old grand daughter that we do this and not just my grand daughter either, for all of us going forward. For me its my grand daughter I worry with. I'll be fine I can take anything they throw at me but its the young'ns that we have to look out for. Like our parents did for many of us all those years ago.

President Obama in 2008/2012? If there is a significant difference you may have a point. If there is not a significant difference you may not have a point .......

Then there is the perception that Obama is anti-coal. And McConnell has delivered for the coal industry.

There being no Obama coat tail in Kentucky, so there is no reason for Grimes to be seen as being attached to such a thing.

The press, and some on DU, trying to make a connection are just doing the work of the republicans.
