Nice clip of Limbaugh getting a beatdown from an unsympathetic TV audience

He was guest hosting Pat Sajak's show in 1990.

Never seen this before - just stumbled on it. I especially like the part at 4:30 where he retreats to the stage and starts whining about the audience's attitude. Then the whole thing devolves into chaos around 6:20. The room is cleared around 8:25 because Limbaugh can't regain control of the show.

on many levels. Here, he slides heavily into pathetic impotence--likely the reason he prefers radio, where he can spew his vitriol relatively unimpeded.

Sucks for him when someone else can speak without being squelched.

the look in his eyes when he realized he could never ever perform in front of an audience that he did not have complete control over (i.e., an army of his infamous 'ditto-heads&quot .
