Don't you feel safer

Knowing that these men are protecting our borders sacrificing their own time , money and equipment to keep us safe?

Someone - what is the thingy on the end of the rifle of the guy third from left on top picture? Is it a gernade launcher?

OUR BOYS SAVING US FROM THE BROWN SCOURGE - BLESS THEM all including the Adam's Family boy in bottom right photo carrying an assault rifle.

Are these guys collecting disablility or what? How are they living? Probably goberment welfare.

No, it's not a grenade launcher. It's a muzzle brake, which is a device that reduces the amount of recoil that a rifle delivers. They're not uncommon on high powered rifles.
