Isn't it closer to Wichita than Emporia?

But I heard tornadoes were heading up the interstate (northeast direction) from Wichita toward the Flint Hills/Emporia.

I am watching livestream of KSN in Wichita and did not hear the Lyons (the town) new problem. I think we lost our wheat crop in Rice County due to hail. Will know more tomorrow.
