rallying in the commons? Shouldn't they go pay some corporation for the privilege to hold a rally in some privately owned park instead of using public property.

...were just curious. It's a bit blurry, but several seem to be walking away. There was a "rally" in my town last week that had a whopping crowd of about 18.
