Nina Pham Ebola-free (Spencer is only case in US today)

10:55 a.m. ET: Dallas nurse declared Ebola-free. Nina Pham, the Texas Health Dallas nurse who contracted Ebola after caring for the first US patient with the disease, has been successfully treated, according to the National Institutes of Health. She will be discharged from the hospital today.
