The midterm elections will determine the power structure in Washington for the next two years. But in 36 states across the country, midterms could also mean a shift in state leadership, especially for 12 sitting governors. Not that we shouldn't try but it is looking like a big uphill climb for the democratic challenger. He's down by 8% points.
