Tulsa police arrested a suspected burglar after he reportedly called a locksmith to break into a house when the homeowner was home.
Officers said Alexandro Valero called the locksmith service to let him into a midtown home around 8 a.m. on Sunday.
Once inside, he was met by the people who lived there. According to an arrest report, Valero ran, but then returned to apologize to the homeowner.

i had access thru the garage-i had the code for the opener.
well the opener died and i had to call a locksmith to rekey the front door.
My friend was traveling with her daughter in Turkey-could not reach her so i just ordered it.
cost me 75 bucks--new key, no problem.
upon return my friend repaid me the cash and thanked me for making her cats a priority.....
so yes--pick a house in suburban wisconsin--no problemo
