Estonia: teacher shot and killed by student

In Viljandi, Estonia, a student shot and killed a teacher. No others in the classroom were injured.

Prime Minister Taavi Roivas said the event was shocking for the country. The police investigation is still underway.

and brought this to the attention of my teenage daughter. She was shocked that this was the first in Estonia. I googled Latvia and could not find any school shootings.
