That takes guts ripping apart a sponsor like that. I have new admiration for Jon.

he actually cares about the country. that was great. i hope they pull their ad, it was starting to make me pretty sick. i wish rachel would do something about that fracking ad on her show.

So many people think they are so smart as they spew their hateful responses. They have no awareness that they have been purposefully brainwashed to HATE. It seems their sole purpose is to see things happen that piss of liberals/leftists. They are such reactionary MORANS (sp).

It's embarrassing that they continue to fight for the economic interests of the Koch Bros. after what's been happening in this country over the past 4 decades (and in light of the current wealth and income inequality). It's truly amazing how successful the billionaires have been in brainwashing these idjits.

with Koch's funding of one of the wings of the hospital where he was recuperating following his accident in the British Virgin Islands.

But you can't buy Jon Stewart.

Right at the top of the show, not an ad. Something like "Brought to you by BP"

The business of TV is to sell audiences to advertisers so these two sponsorship tell us which audiences these corps want to buy.

I have not been on for a while so I hope I am not duplicating something that already has been posted. Rolling Stone Mag did an expose of the Koch brothers that is an interesting read.

It was totally hilarious, but it is also totally possible that come next week, Jon will come into his TV studio to find that Koch Brothers has bought out the Comedy Channel.

John Oliver are well ensconced there, well until Koch buys out HBO, I guess.

TV program exposing and skewering one of their current advertisers, effectively biting the hand that feeds them. Would love to be a fly on the wall in the executive offices.
