That seems to be Christie's true talent. I have a hard time believing that he could get much traction in the midwest or south. I don't think he could recover from his brand of "sit down and shut up" rudeness with a "bless your heart."

Imagine the potential "this is what Chris Christie really thinks of you" ads that Dems could run.

But, if he manages to avoid having his corruption catch up to him, sadly, yes. Millions of people will be dumb enough to vote for the asshole. There's a good chunk of the population who admire bullies.

Literally running would be inadvisable.
