What is the best way to GOTV ??

We are told that Democrats have a great "ground game". Yet, we are still expected to lose the Senate tomorrow. For some odd reason, Democrats cannot get their voters out for mid-term elections? Why is that?

Republicans vote against stuff. Democrats vote for stuff. But you have to give the voters something to vote for.

First of all, you have to defend Democratic principles. That does not necessarily include defending the President of the US. He may have ideals that are against Democratic principles? But you should be able to defend programs that have helped the people of this country. You should be able to defend human rights.

Secondly, Democratic candidates have to generate enthusiasm. "I'm better than the Republican" is usually a very hard sell. Moderation is dull. It is not exciting. It assumes all voters are pragmatic, level-headed voters that will weigh everything on its merit and will vote for you, even if you are an unexciting candidate.
