go to Google, type in ...elections
and a cool map appears, you can see red and blue by US total for Governor, Senate,House
or click on any state to see same, with details.
Alabama is all red for all races....

Apparently alot of split tickets among the GOP here.in PA.
I roughly calculated that Philly had about a 37% turnout (number of registered voters in Philly is about 1.03 million - pdf file).
