Police: Man strips naked at Oregon airport in TSA protest

(CNN) -- A 50-year-old man who said he felt that airport screeners were "harassing" him stripped naked at Portland International Airport, police in Oregon said.

Police charged John E. Brennan with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure after he disrobed while going through the security screening area at the airport on Tuesday evening.

"When interviewed about his actions, Mr. Brennan stated he fly's (sic) a lot and had disrobed as a form of protest against TSA screeners who he felt were harassing him," a police incident report said.

He was not intoxicated or under the influence of drugs at the time, police said.

Disrobe -- entirely, or let the TSAers feel you up or x-ray you.

Disrobing would be a very popular choice. And if the person who decides to go nude for a few minutes doesn't mind, why should anyone else.

And what is the difference between the kinds of x-rays that TSA was taking and simply being nude? Is there a difference or am I exaggerating how much of what is under the clothes the TSA agents see in the x-rays?

He wasn't charged with a sex crime. He was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. He was not charged with a sex crime involving any individual, let alone a child. His purpose of disrobing was not related to any sexual activity such as disrobing in front of children while masturbating or something like that.

Only people who should be on it are kidnappers/rapists/pedophiles -- true predators -- not every teenager who had consensual sex with their underage teenage friends or people who had to take an emergency piss outdoors and someone saw them.

There's so many people on it right now that its completely worthless.

Maybe now they'll go back to harassing 92-year-old, wheelchair-ridden travellers.

and the jackboots there think they're working at Kennedy or LaGuardia, the way they fuck with people. I just wish I could be on this guy's jury, it would be a perfect cause for jury nullification.

Bravo on that guy..I do not blame him in the least.
I am just so surprised that more people have not protested the Police State operant conditioning that is going on.

back in the 70s, raised her moo moo like a curtain on Broadway as the incredulous dancers on the floor gave her ample space, I believe she was intoxicated.

Thanks for the thread, The Northerner.

Tell the administration to withhold funding from TSA until they respect the Constitution and the traveling public:

http://wh.gov/RPx

1. Remove and destroy all imaging machines that potentially can "see" under our clothing.
2. Cease and desist all invasive patdowns that involve touching genitalia unless there is probable cause to believe that the individual has committed a crime.
3. Cease immediately harassment of people who assert their constitutional rights during airport screening.

Thanks for signing.
