My brother-in-law once lodged an online complaint about something the Microsoft Help Desk did or said to him.
He was angry, and for the "Name", he put something like "stupid dummy".
So the response he got in his email, a few days later, was addressed to "Dear Mr. Stupid Dummy". He was really angry, until he remembered that he had typed that himself.....
