There are photos of Putin and Harper, Canada's PM, where it looks like the koala wants out of their arms so bad, lol. The are pretty smart creatures, it seems, and can tell a good guy from a bad one!

President Obama's speech in Brisbane was great, focusing on climate change:

"Mr Obama moved on to heavier topics, urging young people to play a role in working towards a fairer, cleaner future.

“Along with other nations that have pledged support, we’ll help vulnerable communities with early-warning systems, stronger defences against storm surges, and climate-resilient infrastructure,” Mr Obama told the crowd of about 1000 students and dignitaries.

“We’ll help farmers plant more durable crops. We’ll help developing economies reduce their carbon pollution and invest in clean energy.”

He appealed to young people to lead the charge.

“Combating climate change cannot be the work of governments alone. Citizens — especially young people like you — have to keep raising your voices, because you deserve to live your lives in a world that is cleaner and healthier.”

The Green Climate Fund announcement comes after Mr Obama struck a historic deal with China’s president Xi Jinping that will see further emissions cuts in the US by 2025 and China by 2030."

Contrast the above with Canada's Harper's big headlines:

Stephen Harper at G20 tells Vladimir Putin to 'get out of Ukraine'

Yep, according to his spokesperson, this crap is the most important thing to report.
