Of course, this is not nearly a scientific poll, but it indicates the shitstorm that is going to accompany any announcement of a set of executive orders.

My prediction: What comes out will not be enough for the pro-amnesty folks, and anything at all will be too much for the opposition to accept.

it may not necessarily be only Houston.

I'd sure like to see some solid polling on the subject, and not just the usual, "Do you really want to pay to deport them all?" kinds of polls that I've seen people cite when they say that the public is supportive of illegal immigrants. A straightforward, "Should the President take executive action on immigration himself, or should he compromise enough to get a law passed by Congress that he'll sign?"
