But it takes 365 days to go around the sun.. it just feels like when we hit October, the planet steps on the gas are roars around the sun.. zoom zoom Zoom!

The impression that it only goes faster at the end of the year is deceptive - it's just a foreshadowing of the increasing rate of passage as you get old.

The older I get the more relevant this song becomes.

Come the holidays, time flies. I remember first noticing this in my late 20s.

And on top of it, people you know and/or love, start dying at a faster pace. I think that's been the most difficult part about aging for me.
