IS it me or....Does time keep on slipping, slipping, slipping into the future...

Does it seem like at this point we start sliding down hill very fast to the END OF THE YEAR... Maybe it started at Halloween, in October, but now... heading into the major holidays.. right to the New Year.

Does it seem like the time slides by quicker this time of year?

But it takes 365 days to go around the sun.. it just feels like when we hit October, the planet steps on the gas are roars around the sun.. zoom zoom Zoom!

The impression that it only goes faster at the end of the year is deceptive - it's just a foreshadowing of the increasing rate of passage as you get old.

I wish I could find that formula - it was posted decades ago on a CompuServe forum.

And on top of it, people you know and/or love, start dying at a faster pace. I think that's been the most difficult part about aging for me.
