He is a self-promoting jackass, the repubs had to reach into the bottom of the barrel after two law firms bailed on them knowing the claim is beyond ridiculous.

3. IIRC, he was in favor of Clinton's impeachment as well.

As far as I can tell he's more of a libertarian than a liberal. Also, taking this job guarantees lots and lots of publicity for him.

Olbermann fan. Come to think of it, I haven't seen much of him lately. Maybe he is just looking for a way into the spotlight. Ugh...

disagree with your generalization about lawyers. My son is a lawyer and I'm very proud of his integrity, character and accomplishments.

Two major firms turned this case down. It is hard for a law professor to match the resources of a major firm. This is a sure sign that this case is a weak case
