I'm inclined to think its more about power, control etc
I've never had a hankering to rape someone so maybe I don't know what I'm saying and I realize that may be the case

Sex is between two willing people. what cosby and other rapists do is masturbate inside victims.

I used to hear men comment things like, "If prostitution was legal, there'd be less rape."

No, because of the control issue. And who chooses a second degree felony over a minor legal issue like getting caught with a pro?

Reading the accounts on Huffpo is shocking. He had no hesitation whatsoever.

he could have gotten about any number of women in a legit way, but he didn't. I say he likes em quiet.

It's an evolution of Rule 34 and is rule 36:

34. There is porn of it. No exceptions.
35. If no porn is found of it, it will be created.
36. No matter what it is, it is somebody's fetish. No exceptions.

words/ sounding drunk, and with wet hair. He had asked for both with women who were consensual. And both happened with victims too, he'd often be there as they were blanking out or waking up. He could have easily waited for them to totally pass out and get away from them before they woke up. Seems like he enjoyed watching them struggle with consciousness.

That's the part of this that is really disturbing. Well, actually it's all disturbing but this is more than his M.O., I really think it's a big part of his pathology (for lack of a better word.) Heck some of the women would have probably had sex with him willingly but he didn't want that, he wanted to control and degrade them. It is oddly similar to the pathology of some serial killers.

For some reason, this whole thing has been making me think of the Bill O'Reilly sexual harassment case. I remember reading some of the transcripts from that case and thinking Holy shit, he isn't saying that stuff in spite of the fact that the woman is uncomfortable-he's saying it because he gets off on her discomfort. I know verbal harassment isn't as bad as physical rape but there is just something so incredibly disturbing about that kind of mindset. It's all on the same continuum of control and degradation. Sick, sick, sick.
