Luckily I have at least a years supply so maybe the company will be sold by the time I need to replenish.

Most products you purchase line their pockets in some way, even if it's just the fuel to ship it.

Edited to add: I don't purchase any products directly made by Koch Industries and its subsidiaries, but I realize no matter what, I line the packets of the bastards.

Do you seriously think people are going to keep a list like this when they go shopping? On top that there are the stores we should avoid, e.g. Walmart, Hobby Lobby and Chick-Fil-A, as well as the charities we shouldn't contribute to, like the Salvation Army.

I think it's a lot easier to just shop, eat and contribute where it feels right and not look at everything through a political microscope.

There are even phone apps that make keeping such lists easy, like Buycott.

I look for "Made in USA" and don't buy Chinese products unless I absolutely have to. I support local small business over the big box stores. I like local restaurants that know your name when you walk in. For charities, I look them up and give to the ones that have the lowest administrative expenses.

Those are the things that make it feel right. I rarely get into the political leanings of the owners.

If I were building a home, I would certainly consider the source of materials when doing so. I take it you would not bother, since you seem to be advocating that this in- in your opinion - an all or nothing proposition? For me, it is not. I do what I can as an educated person who is fortunate to have some leeway and vote with my pocketbook whenever possible.

So my absence will not make much of a difference. I will miss Brawny paper towels! But easy enough to get something else. Thank you for the list. Appreciate it that you found this and gave it to us.

The statute of limitations being long past, I think that absolves it of complicity in the current situation.
Besides, the point of the boycott is to stop fueling Koch industries; buying pre-existing items does not enrich them further.
