Donna Campbell and Rick Santorum (Puke Warning)

Not clear what Rick is looking at but Donna has a pretty good view of his nasal passages and whatever is in there.
Quite the cozy couple, really.

Interesting: she's an MD and married only 14 years ago and has 4 adopted children. I wonder if this is why she is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO anti-abortion.
