Ferguson - announcement after 5pm central time today

Prosecutor Robert McCulloch will announce after 5 p.m. CT whether Wilson, 28, will face charges in the death of Michael Brown, Anthony Gray, a lawyer for the Brown family, said. The prosecutor's office called the family Monday afternoon, he said.

Certainly he will do his best to cover his ass, and say how hard he tried to get an indictment.

I'm sure he's heartbroken, given his P.I.G. background.
