Not really surgery. I had the exact same thing done in February 2014. (I'm only 50, LOL genetics.) They go in through your femoral artery and roto-rooter your arteries remotely as you lay on an X-ray table. Toughest part is the soreness and maybe a hematoma at the entry point on your thigh. Justice Ginsburg will be fine.
