(14,449 posts)Obligation then Hillary Clinton. EW is in government. Hillary is a private citizen. However, neither has put out a statement that I have seen.

(6,594 posts)there is a far higher expectation for local leaders to act as leader, then people from a couple state away. HRC isn't out in the countryside tending a flower garden she is still active and engaged and continues to derive great advantages from her move to NYC.
Most reasonable people concede that she is the nominal front runner not only for the Dem nomination at the very least. Unless she isn't interested in being a leader the people of her town should get some type of leadership from her.
