What's all this I hear about "Blue Lives Matter?"

Are people now advocating for Smurfs?
I just don't understand why people would be advocating for Smurfs. It's not like they are real even, yet I have been hearing this call that "blue lives matter." Is there a race of some sort of blue people here on Earth, that I am not aware of? Are Martians not green, but blue? Someone enlighten me please.
