It hurts me that I do not have the privilege to express myself. I want to have the honor to speak out in my own voice and reach you directly -- you who are thinking people. I want to say thank you for caring. You are willing to view me as a human being and that is something so precious to me.

such utter hate in this world that they would steal another human being, hold that human being against their will without real charge, torture relentlessly that human being and treat that human being as if their life was worthless.

There are those of use who know love. We try to teach those love who know not of love, but they refuse to listen and learn. There are those of us who have love in our hearts for all human beings and all life. Know you are loved.

original interest in this brutality, or have developed amnesia regarding more recent horrors, such as the hunger strikers in Gitmo, the force feeding which is cruel.

It is going to take a long time to stop the US from using these practices and a huge uproar from the people.

Sadly though, many Americans support torture. Which only goes to show how generally depraved we have become as a society.
