After days of procedural wrangling, the Senate has reached an agreement to wrap up final passage of a $1.1 trillion spending package Saturday night.
The upper chamber had been stuck in limbo Saturday after Republicans Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas and Mike Lee of Utah forced a delay on the spending bill unless the Senate voted on a measure defunding the president's recent executive action on immigration. A procedural motion on the spending bill was scheduled for 1a.m. ET, prompting grumbles from senators on both sides of the aisle. The final passage would have been delayed until Monday, although government spending would not have lapsed due to a four-day stopgap measure okayed by lawmakers amid the procedural tangling.
But under the deal struck late Saturday night, Cruz will get a vote on a "constitutional point of order" regarding the immigration action, followed by a vote on final passage of the larger spending measure to fund most of the government through September 2015.
The rare weekend session prompted open complaints from Cruz and Lee's fellow Republicans, who said that the gumming up of Senate action merely delayed the inevitable.

OP
Yep. That is what it sounds like. At least from NBC. More questions than answers here.

Are they going to 'voice vote' it, or do we at least get to know who is selling us down the river?nt

Seems about par for the course for our cowardly party.
