They seem to bring up a couple of very high profile prisoners who they say gave information under torture (though this is disputed by the report)
Even given this, how does it justify the torture of hundreds of prisoners taken for all sorts of reasons, including dozens of innocent people?

Is there a line we won't cross? Oh sure we'll water board someone, we'll deprive them of sleep for a week, we'll beat them, chain them to the floor and "rectally hydrate them" seriously?) but we draw the line at raping a member of their family right in front of them. For that we send them somewhere else.
Remember, the report was only on what we did here, nothing about the hundreds of people we sent out for "Rendition"..
