No, the US is not a party to the Rome Statute, so the ICC has no jurisdiction.

and speculation. Plus the cabal are throwing each other under the bus with every passing day.

Question is, how will they be extradited for punishment? That's the tricky part. IDK if international authorities will be able to nab them because they'll have to get past the hired goon squad bodyguards to make the arrest.
