AUTOMATED MESSAGE: Results of your Jury Service

Mail Message

On Tue Dec 16, 2014, 08:51 AM an alert was sent on the following post:

So were you trying to make the point that it is easy to pull numbers out of your ass?
http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=5965797

REASON FOR ALERT

This post is disruptive, hurtful, rude, insensitive, over-the-top, or otherwise inappropriate.

ALERTER'S COMMENTS

"So were you trying to make the point that it is easy to pull numbers out of your ass?", really? Was that necessary? That is very hurtful, rude, insensitive and over-the-top.

You served on a randomly-selected Jury of DU members which reviewed this post. The review was completed at Tue Dec 16, 2014, 08:58 AM, and the Jury voted 3-4 to LEAVE IT.

Juror #1 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #2 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: An OP that was written with the purpose of being dismissive of DU members and marginalizing DU members should expect responses like this. Besides these numbers were just made up. Their point was correct.

Juror #3 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #4 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: Somewhat close but no cigar. Vote to leave it alone
Bluejazz
Juror #5 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: No explanation given
Juror #6 voted to LEAVE IT ALONE
Explanation: These are acceptable at DU: Hurtful, Rude, Insensitive and over-the-top. The only thing you aren't allowed to do at DU is accuse anyone anywhere in the world of racism or sexism.
Juror #7 voted to HIDE IT
Explanation: Uncalled for

Thank you very much for participating in our Jury system, and we hope you will be able to participate again in the future.

are DU supporters real supporters or trolls?

Is "support" on DU merely a basement posting fantasy, or are these people actually out there working for her?

This was posted already on DU and this is not to be disruptive.

...which is why it's imperative that we have Bernie or someone like him as our candidate rather than a corporatist in a Democrat suit like Hillary Clinton, whose policies will enable the same predatory corporate direction:

Nothing is more important now than stopping Hillary and any other corporate-purchased Third Wayer in a Democrat suit from being shoved down our throats as the 2016 Democratic nominee. If they can do that, they've ensured that the One Percent keeps right on eating us all alive, no matter which side wins.

Everyone knows Hillary Clinton. Everyone.

Elizabeth Warren? Only us political animals and a small Northern state.

If presidential elections are ultimately popularity contests, shouldn't we support the biggest celebrity?

That is also how the DFA national poll came out, of democrats polled. Hillary has a problem, since her 'lurch' to the right.

of 2016. Not having a crystal ball I have no idea how it's going to play out.

I will say there's an online astrologer who predicted that Obama would win even before the primaries were over.. his stars looked that good to her. Yeah, I know.. not many people around here put any stock in that.. but, it's a true story.

supporters of Obama, and if so, did he live up to your expectations/desires?

in terms of Obama - I'm thinking of fracking, Wall st Love, immigration, police state surveillance, state of Black america, privatizing Social Security, sleeping with Big Pharma to get Obama care.

Maybe you focus on the good points, and I'm sure there are some - gay marriage comes to mind, but how do you feel about the bad things?

Any let-down?
