Here's the biggest black mark against jeb bush running for president. PNAC signee.

He supports the Project for a New American Century. A group of neocons who want perpetual war,
starting with Afghanistan, Iraq, and moving right across the middle east. The ones who got us into the wars.

Found it on wikipedia

I do think actually voting for the Iraq war has counted against some
people running for office and if Bush just says he supported the Iraq
war that would count against him with many independents.

Not only that, but he does the bidding of his dumber brother. Remember 2000 in Florida? I'll never forget that. I'm sick of the Bush family. They all need to go join the neo-Nazis, fade away to obscurity with their paranoia in some walled off compound with their fellow Nazis, and leave the rest of America alone. They have done enough damage.

Edit to add, from your link:

By the end of 2006, PNAC was "reduced to a voice-mail box and a ghostly website [with a] a single employee … left to wrap things up", according to the BBC News.[26] According to Tom Barry, "The glory days of the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) quickly passed."[27] In 2006, Gary Schmitt, former executive director of the PNAC, a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and director of its program in Advanced Strategic Studies, stated that PNAC had come to a natural end:

When the project started, it was not intended to go forever. That is why we are shutting it down. We would have had to spend too much time raising money for it and it has already done its job. We felt at the time that there were flaws in American foreign policy, that it was neo-isolationist. We tried to resurrect a Reaganite policy. Our view has been adopted. Even during the Clinton administration we had an effect, with Madeleine Albright [then secretary of state] saying that the United States was 'the indispensable nation'. But our ideas have not necessarily dominated. We did not have anyone sitting on Bush's shoulder. So the work now is to see how they are implemented.[26]

It does this from time to time, whenever it starts to get exposed. The Cold War-era incarnation was "Committee on the Present Danger".
