Couldn't be a picture from the 1960s --- the skirt is too long, even for a Republican.

I am old enough to remember the fashions of the 1970s. Those clothes are mid - late 1970s, possibly early 1980s. Senator Warren was born 1949, putting her in her late 20s, or early 30s in that time frame. That is the age of the woman in the photo.

I checked Wikipedia and it says that Warren's children are named Amelia and Alexander. That fits with the names on the other stockings.
