If anyone does not want to give TMZ the hits here are the lyrics.....

Michael Brown learned a lesson about a messin'
With a badass policeman

And he's bad, bad Michael Brown
Baddest thug in the whole damn town
Badder than old King Kong
Meaner than a junkyard dog

Two men took to fightin'
And Michael punched in through the door
And Michael looked like some old Swiss cheese
His brain was splattered on the floor

And he's dead, dead Michael Brown
Deadest man in the whole damn town
His whole life's long gone
Deader than a roadkill dog

I know if I had been in attendance anywhere and someone started singing this song I would leave.

My son was killed in an automobile accident.

He had a passenger with him, my niece's boyfriend.

They were best friends.

He was not drinking.

He was not using drugs.

He was not decapitated.

The police taught a driver's ed class that my niece was in.

She left the class and came home very upset.

She said the police told the class that my son was drinking and using drugs.

She said the police told her that my son and his passenger (my niece's boyfriend were decapitated)

I had the State Patrol's report.

I called an attorney to see if I could sue for slander or defamation of character.

I was told there was nothing I could do.

To make matters worse.

I had to go to the State Highway Patrols office for something, I can't remember.

While I was there I was looking at a display.

It had photos of my sons car with a large caption; Don't Drink and Drive.

I went home, got my State Highway Patrol report and returned.

I told them to take those pictures down, and take them down now !!!!!!!!!!!!

They told me the person with the authority to remove the pictures was not there.

I would have to come back.

Righhhhht, he just now realizes this, he didn't realize it when he made the song up, and then sang it.

I'm sure a non-apology apology will soon be coming - "If anyone was offended, that was not my intention, and I apologize"
