By Kevin Cole / World-Herald staff writer

An Arizona man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving last week after a Nebraska State Patrol trooper clocked his car at 127 mph in Keith County.

The 43-year-old resident of Scottsdale was traveling east on Interstate 80 about 4 p.m. Wednesday when a Nebraska State Patrol trooper pulled him over in a 75 mph zone. Upon approaching the white BMW sedan, the trooper smelled the odor of alcohol and began a DWI investigation that resulted in the arrest, said a state patrol spokeswoman.

The suspect was booked into the Keith County Jail in Ogallala on charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

They get rich off of selling the precursors alone.

There are probably mom-and-pop labs but when it comes to an explosion of supply it is definitely coming from Cartels (I don't know why they call them a cartel. If they were, they wouldn't be any violence) and fighting supply is like "wack-a-mole". When the "dang fence" was built they catapulted bales of marijuana over the "dang fence".

I stupidly did similar speeds(not drunk) in my youth and i can tell you i passed by people going 65-70mph like they were standing still.

This was also in a beater car, and the car frame was buzzing and shuddering. I could have easily lost control and died instantly.

Dumb youth.
