I love Chris Rock. That made it especially distasteful when some right-wing friends started claiming that he would obviously reject #blacklivesmatter in favor of #alllivesmatter because of his somewhat tongue in cheek comments in his Rolling Stone interview about how we have "nicer white people" now. They were trying to cast him as the African-American version of "a good German." Well, so much for that, kids.
