Beginning with a sample of the pseudo-German nonsense phrase "Gunter glieben glauten globen" from Def Leppard's song "Rock of Ages," chanted as a replacement for the traditional "1, 2, 3, 4" to start the recording,

I learned something today.

4. Why don't they have more current vaccination

evidence than that about what I was vaccinated against in the 1950's
Surely there are more current stories of vaccination successes.
Business in 2014 is not motivated the same as it was in 1957. Could there be a profit motive to vaccination that didn't exist back then? Could there be unnecessary vaccines? Is it possible that there are harmful vaccines?
Should we take the pharmaceutical industry at it's word?
I am uncomfortable with the notion that either side in this debate has a handle on the whole truth.

6. Because all the credible (as opposed to Robert Kennedy Jr's) evidence says vaccines are safe.

That has not changed in the decades since vaccinations became known as safe and effective.

What has to be done is to look at the credible evidence, not quackery, and to realize that all available actual SCIENCE (not just wild accusations) is what is possible.

Not flat-out cons like Andrew Wakefield's "study" that turned out to be faked, or wild accusations from nutcases like Robert Kennedy Jr or Jenny McCarthy.

1. More current vx success stories like whooping cough is making a comeback due to fewer being vaccinated? Or do you mean those who have been vaccinated against measles are not catching it? Or do you mean why are there no newer common diseases we vaccinate against? Or v do you mean like the pneumonia vaccine that has helped prevent many of us from getting sick and needing to be hospitalized?

2. Profit motive. Are you suggesting companies now make large profits of vaccines when they didn't in the past? If so, that is not true. There are huge profits possible with medicines, but not vaccines.

3. Could there be unnecessary vaccines? Anything is possible, but science has been used to provide adequate coverage for the majority of people.

4. Is it possible there are harmful vaccines? Like any production, of course there are possibilities of contamination or problems. An ice cream factory here in WA just recalled all their product made in 2014, but where is the call us that I've cream is dangerous to your health? Regulations and inspections are needed to keep people safe. More deaths have been prevented than caused by vaccines.

5. Should we take the pharmaceutical industry at its word? No, keep the FDA and other regulatory and inspection services, and make sure science backs up what they provide. Unlike the anti-vaccine movement's concerns.

Scientific proof means not backed just by anecdote and fear.

There is evidence that the vaccine worked for the majority.
When I went to Vietnam I was force vaccinated for 5 or more diseases. They didn't bother to tell us what they were. I haven't seen any writing on how successful that was. I was vaccinated for some kind of pox. I don't remember what.
I am asking where are the modern success stories?
