Except that would require visiting Oklahoma.

Other than overt political stupidity, is there anything Oklahoma doesn't want to ban?

That's my theory.
If they pass this bill, it will be struck down in the courts.

Yes, you can call me Doctor, as in Paper Doctor, not an M.D. A Juris Doctor.


I looked up this guy Barrington. First thing that jumps out at me: He didn't go to law school. They have a law school course called "Litigation" which is about how to write a clear, unambiguous law.

Per: ANSI Z89.2-1971 provides:

5.5 Accessories

5.5.2 Winter Liners. Winter liners should be made of fabric, plastic, or other suitable material. Colored materials shall be fast-dyed. The outer surface may be water resistant. There shall be no metal parts in winter liners for use with Class B helmets.

Looks kinda like a hoodie
