David Duke Attacks ‘Degenerate’ Nicki Minaj After She Speaks Out Against Police Violence

Former Ku Klux Klan leader and one-term Republican legislator David Duke attacked rapper Nicki Minaj on his online radio show after she spoke out about police brutality. The rapper recently said black entertainers were reluctant to speak out against police brutality and other social issues because they would be “torn apart” for doing so.

“How many times can you be made to feel horrible for caring about your people before you say, ‘F*ck it, it’s not worth it — let me live my life because I’m rich, and why should I give a f*ck?’” Minaj said. Duke, who has recently returned to mainstream news reports after it was revealed that House majority whip Steve Scalise, a Louisiana Republican, had spoken in 2002 to members of a white nationalist group founded by the former Grand Wizard.

“Why do people blame blacks like Minaj?” Duke said during his show. “Because Minaj wouldn’t be a pimple on somebody’s rear end except for the fact that she is promoted by the Jewish record producers and the media, the mass media, the powerful media, that promotes absolute degenerates like her.” Duke also claimed blacks were not responsible for the popularity of hip-hop music.
