WASHINGTON — Capitol Hill lawmakers are back on the job today.

The 114th Congress will kick off with the usual trappings. Members will be sworn in, leaders chosen.

A few of the top issues out of the gate will include the Keystone XL pipeline, immigration policies and federal regulations.

The pipeline will be the focus of a Senate hearing Wednesday, and legislation to force approval of the project could be on the floor in a matter of days.

I can't figure out if Sanders and Franken are for the pipeline?

I did a cursory read of the article, but if anyone reads it thoroughly pls tell me - I don't feel like struggling with this article.

(there is a picture of these 2 + 2 repubs at the article)

I just assumed keystone was dead! Any justification economically for its approval is gone now. You would think they would at least wait until prices go back up!

I read an article on CNN earlier today about a guy who moved to ND for the fracking boom. He had been unemployed and suddenly is making $30, more than ever in his life. Now he's unemployed again.
