I have little doubt they will try an appeal unless he were to get probation which isn't going to happen.

Judge has dismissed quite a bit.

To me it shows, yet again, privilege and social status affects the sentencing process. If an average joe had done the same, I doubt the same consideration would have been given him re reducing the sentencing guidelines.
