Be that as it may, if our due process rights are ever granted, Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs and their law firms that broke the law - WILL be held accountable for civil racketeering.

It doesn't matter how he goes down (held accountable/ prevented from POTUS quest) - the fact of the matter remains that Romney bragged (OFTEN) of getting millions every year from Bain Capital;

and Bain Capital is GUILTY of fraud in eToys and Stage Stores cases!

Of all the 100 plus individual acts of crime (Perjury, Collusion, Scheme to Fix Fees, Corruption, Obstruction, etc., etc.) - the most important one is the visible fact that the white collar - organized criminals - were able to arrange for one of their own to become the head federal prosecutor over the very cases in question.
