Manchin Mulls Another Bid for West Virginia Governor

Still frustrated by gridlock in Washington, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) told the Associated Press that he will decide by this summer whether he will return to West Virginia to run for a possible third term as governor in 2016.

"I would rather buy Canadian oil than Venezuelan oil", as he proudly puffed out his chest and put on his "best that!" face?

Oblivious or purposely ignorant to the fact the oil is going to the Gulg Coast to be processed into petroleum products and shipped around the world.....for Canada.

And Venezuela? Is America being fucked by Venezuela so much they are helpless to decopulate by 7.4%?

"Stupid" is an epidemic.
